Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement — Effective August 28th, 2026 · Last Updated Oct. 25, 2026

Application: Aero-Center D66 Non-Radar Trainer Application
Owner/Operator: AeroSky Technology & Consulting, LLC
Effective Date: August 28th, 2026
Last Updated: Oct. 25, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AeroSky Technology & Consulting, LLC ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Aero-Center D66 Non-Radar Trainer Application (the "Application").

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," checking an acceptance box, accessing the Application after being presented with these Terms, or otherwise using the Application where acceptance is required, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Application.

Where applicable, you also agree to the separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You represent and warrant that:
1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
2. The information you provide when creating your account is accurate and current;
3. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Application; and
4. If you are using the Application on behalf of an educational institution, company, or other organization, you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

If the Application is made available to minors or students under the age of legal majority, additional requirements, parental/guardian consent, institutional authorization, or other protections may apply.

3. LIMITED LICENSE TO USE THE APPLICATION
Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms, the Owner grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Application solely for its intended educational and training purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any intellectual property to you. You receive permission to use the Application; you do not receive ownership of it.

The Owner may, in its sole discretion, modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the Application at any time, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement between the Owner and an authorized customer or institution.

4. OWNERSHIP OF THE APPLICATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Application and all of its components are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Owner and/or its applicable licensors.

This includes, without limitation: source code; object code; HTML; JavaScript; CSS; software architecture; algorithms; application logic; user-interface design; graphics; images; icons; audio and voice assets; animations; training exercises; training scenarios; clearance scenarios; aviation/ATC educational content created by the Owner; databases and database structures; scoring systems; validation methods; proprietary workflows; documentation; text; logos; names; trademarks; service marks; trade dress; improvements; modifications; derivative works; and other proprietary materials contained within or associated with the Application.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by the Owner.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Application or its intellectual property to you.

4A. USE BY STUDENTS, INSTRUCTORS AND ORGANIZATIONS
The Application is developed, owned and operated independently by the Owner. When students, instructors or staff of a school, university, employer or other organization ("Organization") use the Application — including in connection with, or alongside, a course or training program — that use takes place solely under the permission the Owner grants to the Organization and each individual User in these Terms.

Unless the Owner has signed a separate written agreement with that Organization: (a) this permission is provided free of charge, is non-exclusive and revocable, and may be changed or withdrawn by the Owner at any time; (b) no Organization obtains, through such use or otherwise, any ownership, license, or other right, title or interest in the Application or its intellectual property; and (c) the Application is not provided as, and does not become, the work, course material or property of any Organization.

A license to an Organization exists only if it is set out in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Owner and an authorized representative of the Organization.

4B. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Application's training scenarios, exercises, correct answers, scoring and grading methods, procedures and rules as implemented in the Application, and its other non-public content are the Owner's confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets ("Confidential Information").

You may use Confidential Information only for your own training within the Application, including printouts and reports the Application itself produces for you. You must not disclose, publish, copy, record, or share them — including answers or solutions — with any other person or organization, except as the Owner permits in writing.

If you become aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information, including answers or solutions posted or shared online, you agree to promptly notify the Owner using the contact information in these Terms.

You may disclose Confidential Information to the extent required by law, regulation, or court order, provided that, where legally permitted, you give the Owner prompt written notice before disclosure so the Owner may seek a protective order or other remedy, and you disclose only the portion legally required.

This obligation continues after your use of the Application ends.

5. PROHIBITED USES
Except as expressly permitted by the Owner in writing, you may not:
1. Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute the Application or substantial portions of it;
2. Sell, lease, rent, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Application or its proprietary content;
3. Repackage, mirror, clone, reproduce, or create a competing version of the Application;
4. Copy or systematically extract training scenarios, exercises, questions, answers, scoring methods, or other proprietary content;
5. Scrape, crawl, harvest, download, or systematically collect Application content;
6. Circumvent, disable, defeat, or interfere with authentication, access controls, security mechanisms, rate limits, or other protective measures;
7. Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Application, its backend, databases, servers, APIs, accounts, or infrastructure;
8. Use automated tools to access the Application except where expressly authorized;
9. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or underlying ideas from the Application, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
10. Remove copyright notices, trademark notices, proprietary notices, or other identifying information;
11. Use the Application to develop, train, test, or operate a competing product or service;
12. Input, upload, paste, or otherwise submit any portion of the Application or its content, including training scenarios, exercises, questions, answers, and any screenshots, recordings, or transcriptions of them, into any artificial intelligence tool, chatbot, large language model, or similar machine-learning system (other than features provided within the Application by the Owner), or use any such content to train, fine-tune, test, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model;
13. Share an individual account with another person;
14. Permit another person to use your credentials;
15. Attempt to obtain or use another user's account;
16. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
17. Interfere with another user's use of the Application;
18. Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful software;
19. Use the Application for unlawful purposes;
20. Use the Application in a manner that violates applicable aviation, educational, institutional, privacy, cybersecurity, or other laws or regulations; or
21. Encourage or assist another person to perform any prohibited activity.

Nothing in this section prohibits activities that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot legally be restricted by contract.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
Certain features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities conducted through your account, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

You must promptly notify the Owner if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

You may not provide your credentials to another person or permit another person to use your account where account sharing is prohibited.

The Owner, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or prohibited activity.

7. THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION SERVICES
The Application may provide authentication through third-party services, including services such as Google, Apple, or other identity providers.

If you choose a third-party authentication method, that authentication may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

The Owner does not receive your third-party account password merely because you authenticate through a third-party identity provider.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the applicable third party's terms.

Regardless of how you access the Application, you are subject to and bound by these Terms in addition to any applicable third-party terms.

8. EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PURPOSES
The Application is designed as an educational and training tool.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Application is not an air traffic control service, air navigation service, operational ATC system, certified operational system, substitute for required FAA/ICAO/ANSP training, or source of operational authorization.

The Owner does not guarantee that use of the Application will result in any particular outcome, including passing any examination, obtaining any certification or rating, or securing employment.

Training information, scenarios, examples, simulations, and feedback are provided for educational purposes only.

Users must not rely on the Application as the sole authority for real-world operational decisions.

Applicable official regulations, orders, manuals, procedures, and instructions from the relevant aviation authority or employer remain controlling for operational activities.

9. ACCURACY OF TRAINING CONTENT
The Owner makes reasonable efforts to develop useful educational material but does not warrant that every scenario, answer, procedure, simulation, or item of information will always be complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every operational environment.

Aviation procedures, regulations, technology, terminology, and training requirements may change.

You are responsible for verifying information against applicable official sources when accuracy is important.

10. USER CONTENT
If the Application permits you to submit responses, answers, or other material ("User Content"), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you may have in that User Content, subject to any separate agreement applicable to the specific material. User Content does not include Feedback, which is governed by the Feedback and Suggestions section of these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant the Owner a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Application, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the User Content and grant the foregoing license.

11. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
If you provide any suggestions, ideas, recommendations, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback ("Feedback") regarding the Application, you hereby assign to Owner all right, title, and interest in and to such Feedback, and agree that the Owner may use, modify, reproduce, implement, and incorporate it for any purpose without restriction, obligation, or compensation to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Providing feedback, suggestions, testing, or other assistance does not make you an author, co-author, inventor, co-inventor, or owner of the Application or any part of it.

12. PRIVACY
Your use of the Application may involve the collection and processing of personal information. Our handling of personal information is described in the Application's Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should be reviewed before account creation and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We will not make privacy commitments inconsistent with the Privacy Policy or applicable law.

13. SECURITY
The Owner may implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the Application and user accounts. However, no internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You agree not to attempt to bypass security controls or gain unauthorized access to the Application or its infrastructure.

If you discover a security vulnerability, you agree to promptly report it to: support@aeroskytechnology.com

14. AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
The Owner does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, or network.

The Owner may, in its sole discretion, modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features.

Maintenance, upgrades, security events, infrastructure failures, third-party service interruptions, and other circumstances may affect availability.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics providers, payment processors, email providers, or other services.

The Owner is not responsible for outages, errors, security incidents, policy changes, or other acts or omissions of third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ENFORCEMENT
You acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of the Ownership of the Application and Intellectual Property, Confidential Information, or Prohibited Uses sections of these Terms would cause the Owner irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone would be an inadequate remedy. Accordingly, in the event of any such breach or threatened breach, the Owner shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including a restraining order, an injunction, specific performance, and any other relief that may be available from a court, without the necessity of proving actual damages. Such remedies are not exclusive and are in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity, including rights relating to copyright, trademark, trade secret, contract, unfair competition, and other applicable legal protections.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.

17. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The Owner, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your access if: you violate these Terms; you engage in unauthorized access or security-related activity; you misuse the Application; you engage in fraud or abuse; you violate applicable law; or continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends immediately unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

Sections concerning intellectual property, restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

18. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

THE OWNER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OWNER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OWNER'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE OWNER FOR THE APPLICATION DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from: 1. Your violation of these Terms; 2. Your misuse of the Application; 3. Your violation of applicable law; 4. Your unauthorized use of another person's account; or 5. Your User Content or violation of another person's rights.

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Owner may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, the Owner will provide notice through the Application, by email, or by another reasonable method.

Except where the Owner requires active acceptance, continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

For material changes where affirmative acceptance is legally or operationally appropriate, the Owner may require you to actively accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Application.

The Owner may maintain version numbers and records of accepted Terms.

22. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS
You agree that clicking an acceptance button, checking an agreement box, electronically signing, or taking another clearly designated affirmative action may constitute your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms.

You agree that electronic records of your acceptance may be maintained by the Owner and may be used to demonstrate the existence and timing of your agreement.

The Owner may record information associated with acceptance, such as: account identifier; Terms version; date and time of acceptance; acceptance status; applicable notices presented at the time of acceptance; and other technical information reasonably necessary to maintain an acceptance record.

Florida law recognizes electronic signatures and electronic contracts, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another mandatory law applies.

Any dispute-resolution provisions contained in these Terms shall be interpreted subject to applicable law.

24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before starting any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact the Owner and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief relating to any breach or threatened breach of the Ownership of the Application and Intellectual Property, Confidential Information, or Prohibited Uses sections of these Terms without first completing the informal resolution process. Such relief may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction, whether or not located in Florida.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

25. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

26. NO WAIVER
Failure by the Owner to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the Owner's right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other written agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and the Owner concerning your use of the Application, except where a separate written agreement expressly governs a particular transaction or relationship.

28. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Owner's prior written consent.

The Owner may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the Application or related business, subject to applicable law.

Application: Aero-Center D66 Non-Radar Trainer Application
Owner/Operator: AeroSky Technology & Consulting, LLC
First effective: August 28, 2026
Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION
AeroSky Technology & Consulting, LLC ("Owner," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected through the Aero-Center D66 Non-Radar Trainer Application ("Application"), how it is used, when it may be disclosed, how it is protected, and the choices and rights that may be available to Users.

Please review this Privacy Policy before creating an account. It should be read together with the Application's Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Application and its training functionality.

2.1 Account information
Accounts are by invitation only: an account can be created only for an email address that an authorized administrator has placed on the Application's access list. When an account is created, we collect and keep: your email address; an account identifier; account creation date and sign-in dates and times; account status and access-list role (for example, student, instructor, or visitor); and authentication-related information needed to keep your account secure.

We do not ask for your name at registration. If you choose to type a name for a training certificate, that name is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to our servers.

We do not request Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's-license numbers, or payment-card information.

2.2 Authentication information
Sign-in is provided through our authentication and database provider (see Section 8). It processes the information needed to authenticate you and maintain a secure session. Your password is handled by that provider in protected (hashed) form; we do not see or store it in readable form.

2.3 Training and usage information
The Application's exercises, simulations, scores, and Performance Reports are calculated and displayed in your browser. At present, your scores, responses, progress, and Performance Reports are not stored on our servers; they remain on your device unless you print or save them yourself.

Our servers do keep: a record of which protected training content (such as answer keys) your account requested, and when, for security and to prevent misuse of the training materials; and the account and access-list information described in Section 2.1.

If we begin storing scores or progress on our servers in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.

2.4 Voice Readback Trainer and microphone
The Voice Readback Trainer uses your browser's built-in speech-recognition feature and requires access to your device's microphone. Microphone access occurs only after your browser or device asks for permission and you allow it, and only while you are actively using the voice feature.

When you use this feature, your speech is processed by your browser's speech-recognition service, which may send the audio to its provider for transcription — for example, Google when you use Chrome, or Microsoft when you use Microsoft Edge — under those providers' own privacy policies. The Application receives only the recognized text, uses it only to grade your readback on your device, and does not store it or send it to our servers.

The Voice Readback Trainer is intended for training ATC readbacks and communications. It is not used to identify you by your voice and does not create a voiceprint.

You can deny or revoke microphone permission at any time in your browser or device settings; the voice feature will then not work, but the rest of the Application will.

2.5 Technical information
When you use the Application, our service providers automatically process limited technical information such as: IP address; browser type, operating system, and device type; approximate location inferred from IP address; dates and times of requests; network and request information; authentication-session information; and security, error, and performance logs.

Our hosting, security, and authentication providers keep access logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliable operation. We use this information for security, authentication, troubleshooting, performance, and fraud and abuse prevention.

The Application does not use precise device location.

2.6 Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
The Application and its service providers use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and authentication tokens that are necessary to: sign you in and keep you signed in; remember your acceptance of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy; remember display settings and preferences, and any certificate name you enter; provide requested functionality; and maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.

The Application's fonts and software libraries are served from the Application's own website, not from third-party font or code services. The Application does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking technologies. If any are introduced in the future, notice and any choices required by law will be provided.

Do Not Track. The Application does not track Users across third-party websites over time and does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT REQUEST
The Application does not request: Social Security, passport, driver's-license, or other government identification numbers; financial-account passwords or payment-card numbers; medical or health information; biometric identity information; or other sensitive information unrelated to the Application's educational and training purpose.

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through the Application.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to: create and maintain accounts and manage the access list; authenticate Users; provide the Application and its exercises, simulations, and training features; protect the Application's training content and prevent its misuse; maintain security and prevent unauthorized access; detect and investigate fraud or abuse; diagnose technical problems and improve reliability and functionality; respond to support requests; send important account or service information; comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use; and protect the Owner, Users, the Application, and third parties.

We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without giving notice, and obtaining consent where the law requires it.

5. STUDENTS AND INSTITUTIONAL TRAINING DATA
The Application is provided by the Owner directly to each User. No school, university, employer, or other organization has access to your account or training information unless it has a written agreement with the Owner that provides for it, or you consent.

If the Owner receives education records from or on behalf of an educational institution in circumstances governed by FERPA or another student-privacy law, those records will be handled as required by that law and by any applicable written agreement.

Where permitted by law, the Owner may use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify an individual to analyze performance, improve training design, and improve the Application.

6. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
Service providers that host and operate the Application (see Section 8), under their own privacy and security obligations;
Institutions, only under a written agreement with the Owner or with your consent (see Section 5);
Legal and safety recipients, where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or protect Users, the Owner, or others; and
Business transferees, as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

7. NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NO ADVERTISING
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The Application does not use advertising networks. If this ever changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out required by law.

8. SERVICE PROVIDERS
The Application currently relies on these providers:
Supabase — authentication and database (Supabase Privacy Policy);
Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security, and DNS (Cloudflare Privacy Policy); and
Your browser's speech-recognition provider (for example, Google in Chrome or Microsoft in Edge), only when you use the Voice Readback Trainer (see Section 2.4).

These providers process information as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy policies and applicable law.

9. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information and the Application, including HTTPS/TLS encryption, authentication and access controls, database-security policies, server-side controls, restricted administrative access, and logging.

No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a security incident involving personal information requires notification under applicable law, including Florida law, we will provide the required notices.

10. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to: provide and administer the Application and accounts; maintain security and prevent fraud and abuse; resolve disputes and enforce agreements; keep appropriate business records; and comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated. Residual copies may remain for a limited time in backups or security logs until they are overwritten or deleted in the normal course.

11. PRIVACY RIGHTS AND REQUESTS
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request: access to your personal information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion of your information; information about how it is processed or disclosed; a portable copy of your information; restriction of, or objection to, certain processing; or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

These rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to exceptions. Send requests to contact@aeroskytechnology.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request.

12. ACCOUNT DELETION
You may request deletion of your account by emailing support@aeroskytechnology.com. If an account-deletion feature is added to the Application, you may use it instead.

Deletion may be subject to retention permitted or required by law, for example for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legal obligations.

13. CHILDREN AND MINORS
The Application is designed for collegiate-level and professional aviation training and is not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without required parental consent, we will delete it as required by law. Parents or guardians who have concerns may contact contact@aeroskytechnology.com.

14. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND FERPA
If an educational institution makes the Application available to its students under a written agreement with the Owner, that agreement will govern how student information is accessed, used, retained, and protected, and the Owner will process such information only as the agreement and applicable law, including FERPA, permit.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy by itself makes the Owner a "school official" under FERPA or determines whether particular information is an "education record."

15. INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Application is operated from the United States. If you use it from another country, your information will be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate, where privacy laws may differ. Where the law requires additional safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate measures. Users in jurisdictions with additional privacy rights may contact contact@aeroskytechnology.com.

16. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Application you signed up for); legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Application; compliance with legal obligations; or consent, where consent is required (for example, microphone access), which you may withdraw at any time.

17. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
We send transactional emails needed to operate the Application, such as account confirmation, password recovery, security notices, and important changes to the Application, the Terms of Use, or this Privacy Policy. If we ever send optional promotional emails, you will be able to unsubscribe as required by law; unsubscribing will not stop transactional, account, legal, or security messages.

18. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will give notice through the Application, by email, or by another reasonable method, and we will obtain any consent the law requires before new processing begins. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
